[p=30, 2, left]這篇文章在倒數第二點提到了手淫會導致神經衰弱症，中醫講到：腎上通於腦！剛開始手淫時，先出現腦力下降，當傷精程度逐漸加深時，就會出現神經症。中醫：「肝開竅於目」，肝腎同源，腎氣不足，腎水便不能滋養肝木，容易出現視力下降。關於手抖的問題，彭鑫博士也講到過，就是肝不足，肝風內動。手抖在中醫來說屬於肝血虛，肝在體合筋，其華在爪，肝血不足，血不養筋就會出現手抖的情況，往往是不自主地顫抖，嚴重的都影響寫字、拿東西或者做精細活。[/p]
